We organized an Eat & Dye Dinner Experience at O Exploratório, the ESAD’s restaurant in Matosinhos, during the Porto Design Biennale '23.

Guests were invited to use food waste from the dinner (such as peels and cooking water), table decorations (flowers and plants), and wine to create artwork directly on the tablecloth. At the end of the evening, each guest dyed their linen napkin with flowers as a keepsake from this unforgettable night.
