Eat and Draw with the Shrimp Studio
Participants used botanical inks made from food, food waste, by-products, as well as flowers and plants, to create paintings on paper, guided by Mairead Finlay, the artist and founder of Shrimp Studio. The decorations were also repurposed to create stamps and tools for painting. The event took place at Raminhos Desserts in Lisbon, run by Ana Raminhos, the award-winning Portuguese chef.
